Business, like most of life, is all about relationships. And, as many sages have noted, strong relationships are built on mutual trust. I hate to bring this up, but it has to do with one of the biggest mistakes an entrepreneur can make.
Never, never, never lie about your product or service - or about anything else, for that matter. You can only lose your reputation once. If you lose it early, your startup will likely never recover.
